How many people do speak Albanian over the world?

I’m asking not only about Albanian, but also "Albanian".

it should be around 9-10 million.
with approximate calculations:
3.600.000 in Albania
2.000.000 in Kosovo
700.000 in Macedonia
600.000 in Greece
400.000 in Italy

and communities in USA, Switzerland, Belgium, Germany, United Kingdom, Australia, etc.
