Saimir means the same hing as the person above me said so no ned to repeat it and his phrase directly translated to I’m gonna eat your eye. But its not as weird as it sounds. Popel usually say this to cute kids or somehing and it is sort of like the equivalent to "I can eat you up right now" in englishsaid to a baby)

I don’t know what kind of phrases you are looking for? Love, political, or just plain ones.
I assuming you taking about this Saimir and possibly you got a crush on him (parents that name their kid that groom him to be a beau and playboy).
Tell him: TA HUNKSHA SYNIN! spelled in Albanian, but pronounced " TA-HONK-SHA-SI-NEEN"! in English. You will surely grab his attention with that.
