Ne karkai pozalusta, mne uze nicheti hvataet s milim johanom
Dokatilias, splju za dengi,Pravda udovolstvje toze est
No kto bi mog predstavit 5 let nazad, shto ja do etogo doidu

Da muzika s horoshei zilploshadju, bogatogo I shirokogo
Filipka stroit plani, shto ja k nemu s detmi pereedu v Lier v sledujushem godu, no dom malenki i v koshelke ne gusto

Philipka po-moejmu ne do konza osoznal tjazesti polozenija I ne zanet, shto takoje deti, kakoi eto trud I disturbance lichnoi zhizni
Konechno na dva imeni, tak ze kak I mi s johanom
Esli v brake, to v belgii dva imeni v kotrakte
A vot interesno, shto on s zenoi sdelajet

Do not predict troubles, please, I have enough of poverty with dear Johan. I came to the bottom, I sleep for money. It is true, some pleasure exists too. But who could expect 5 years ago that I would come to such things.

Yes, for a man with good living-space, rich and spendthrift.
Little Philip makes plans that I will move to him to Lier next year, but his house is small and a wallet is not fat.

In my opinion, Little Philip has not understood fully the hardship of the situation and he does not know what is to have kids, how much work they are and what a disturbance for a personal life.
Of course, for two names, the same way as we are with Johan.
If married, two names are provided in a contract in Belgium.
It is interesting what he will do with / to his wife.

The last sentence looks more like ‘he will do to his wife’, but can mean also what he and his wife will do for someone else.
