How to translate a Japanese PSP game to English?
I recently got Monster Hunters Portable 2 G in Japan and it’s awesome. I was just wondering if I could some how translate it to English.
I’ve tried going into Options but that doesn’t work. I have Monster Hunters Freedom Unite (I bought in America) and if i go into Options then i can change the language.
How can I translate a Japanese Monster Hunters Portable 2 G to English?
Thanks
->I have 2 suggestions if what you said about it having nothing on the Options:
1. Study Japanese. Yeah, I know it’s hard but there’s an easier way but costs more.
2. Buy the english version. There’s just simply no way that you just pop some application in your PSP and instantly translate everything to english… So, that’s it…
Sorry but I just can’t see any other way. And if you plan on buying a new one, try selling it on some site or something like that.
Hope I helped!!! ^^

You can acutally patch the game with an english translation but your psp has to be modded and have custom firmware. Just search google for an english patch, it shouldn’t be hard to find.
Also, if you have unite, why would you want to translate 2g?

Why would you bother changing Portable 2G to English if you already have Freedom Unite. They are the exact same game only different languages. So just stick to playing Freedom Unite.
BTW, you can’t change the language of Portable 2G.
